This is where I share my thoughts and experiences of the transition of journalism into the online world, and the huge opportunities (and odd challenges...) that presents. As RBI's Editorial Development Manager I explore how we use new technologies, from mobile phones to social media, to better serve business communities. 

I've been blogging since 2001, when I started a Livejournal and have been fascinated by the medium, and the sheer ease of publishing it offers, ever since. 

While I am a full time employee of RBI, a business information company, but write this blog in a personal capacity. These are my opinions and not necessarily those of my employer.
