Interesting article on taking photogrpahs in PRIVATE spaces. But what of public spaces? I feel you maybe have the same crafy eye as me and enjoying taking cheeky shots of random people.
Ever been stopped? Ever thought twice about taking a pic? And do you hide away behind the power of a zoom?
I've only been stopped once and had a filthy hippy chase me across a park as I pointed my camera vaugely in his direction.
If I feel it warrants it, then I will ask permission first.
As a rule, I NEVER take pics of u-16s.
Interesting debate though about what constitutes the public domain and who owns the right to their own image.
So onionbagblogger are you advocating a lowering of the age of consent then!!!
As for the old barrerboy-he'd better get a move on from those double yellow lines or some bastard Westminster traffic warden will give him a ticket!
