My employers RBI had a pretty good night at the [Association of Online Publishers Awards](http://www.ukaop.org.uk/cgi-bin/go.pl/news/article.html?uid=2083) yesterday, coming home with one quarter of the award on offer, including the one for best online business publisher. Go, us. Sometimes, when I look out at the internet generally, I feel a touch of despair at how much work we have to do. But on the other hand, news like this does remind me that we are some way ahead of the general traditional media pack, still, and that’s cause for a little celebration, but no complacency. More details on [journalism.co.uk](http://blogs.journalism.co.uk/editors/2008/10/02/aop-rbi-takes-four-prizes-at-digital-publishing-awards-2008/) and [Press Gazette](http://www.pressgazette.co.uk/story.asp?sectioncode=1&storycode=42151&c=1), and my colleague Andrew has [something to say about it](http://engagement101.blogspot.com/2008/10/farmers-weekly-interactive-is-online.html), too.
