Peak hype?
The 2012 Gartner Hype Cycle for emerging technologies seems to have snuck out this year, without realy catching the blogosphere's attention. The one thing that struck me this year is just how densely technologies are clustered around the top of the hype peak:
Lots of bets on the table right now. Lots of new ideas jostling for our attention. What's the outcome: a technology lust bust? Or a transformative decade?
